Tickets, Hearings, Data-Q, and CSA Points

A reminder that winning a hearing is NOT enough to get the CSA points off your record.  You need to file a Data-Q.

Tickets only show up on your CSA score if they are reported on the roadside report.  The points only come off with a Data-Q.

Remind your drivers to treat these ticktets or any other roadside like they would an accident.  Take pictures.  Get the name of the mechanic who did the adjustments.  Get the evidence that would persuade the Data-Q reviewer that you have a case and that the points should come off.

It’s your score…and your driver’s.  Protect it.
