My first post, as a newcomer to your blog. I am a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager, who's duty it is to investigate any and all incidents/accidents that occur in our company. In doing so, my process includes a sit down with the first party to do a "Post-Accident Review", which always includes a written statement. Based on this blog, that is not recommended. What is the alternative discovery methodology that you would suggest I follow? Thank you.

Once the state has 'closed-no action taken' a Data Q Challenge, is there an additional recourse on the part of the carrier? Perhaps an avenue to escalate the challenge-one that won't prompt anger and then an audit?
